Our cooks make every batch of dough and sauce by hand, in house, fresh every single day, using the exact same recipes we opened with 30 years ago. And we don't cut corners on what goes on top, we use 100% Grande cheese blend, the good stuff, every time. Whether you're grabbing the fastest lunch in Manchester (a couple of slices and you're out the door) or feeding a crowd of a few hundred, we've got you covered.

We've been around for 30 years, and from day one the idea's been simple: everybody who walks in is family. We're known for real hand-tossed New York-style pizza, subs that people drive across town for, and a counter where the staff probably already knows your order.
We reopened in 2020 under new ownership and gave the place a fresh look. While some rejected the change at first, once they realized the family recipes and ingredients remained, loyalty held strong. Today, Alley Cat Pizzeria operates as a veteran-owned, family restaurant that holds true the same philosophy as 30 years ago.
